What You'll Do as Our Print Production Lead

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of our print floor while working alongside the team to keep production moving efficiently.
  • Operate and maintain our three digital CMYK UV printers, performing daily maintenance to maximize uptime and print quality.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and training programs that create consistency, efficiency, and long-term success.
  • Train new operators, cross-train existing team members, and lead seasonal production staff to build a skilled, versatile, and high-performing production team.
  • Improve workflows, production systems, and print floor processes to increase throughput, quality, and overall efficiency.
  • Ensure custom orders and sales samples are produced accurately, on time, and to the high standards our customers expect.
  • Partner with our logistics team to keep printed products moving smoothly from production to fulfillment.
  • Jump in wherever needed to support our growing business, whether that's assisting on the production floor, helping with fulfillment, or tackling projects that move the company forward.


Our Ideal Print Production Lead

  • Experienced: Bring at least two years of hands-on CMYK UV printing experience and 1-2 years of leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-On Leader: Lead by example, enjoy working alongside the team, and take ownership of production results from start to finish.
