Sales Representative/Manager of a Direct Mail Organization

We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Sales Representative with an entrepreneurial mindset to grow new business for our direct mail organization. In this role, you’ll prospect new clients, build relationships, present direct mail solutions, and close sales from first contact through follow-up.

What You’ll Do

·         Prospect and develop new business opportunities.

·         Present direct mail solutions for lead generation, customer retention, fundraising, and promotions.

·         Build relationships with business owners, agencies, nonprofits, and marketing decision-makers.

·         Coordinate with internal production, data, printing, mailing, and customer service teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.

·         Stay informed about direct mail trends, postal regulations, and print production capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

·         Sales experience preferred, especially in direct mail, print, marketing services, advertising, media, or B2B sales.

·         Strong prospecting, communication, presentation, and closing skills.

·         Ability to prepare quotes, proposals, and professional follow-up.

·         Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and customer-focused.
