Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Lead, train, and manage a team of operators and production staff, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee the scheduling and prioritization of print jobs, ensuring efficient use of resources and on-time delivery of projects.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of printed materials, ensuring color accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client specifications.
