Brands connect with consumers through labels and packaging—and Cursive helps the world’s best brands tell their stories faster, easier, and more cost-effectively. We are reimagining the label and packaging manufacturing model through cutting-edge automation, smart processes, and a lean, highly talented team.

At Cursive, we think big, move fast, and challenge the status quo. If you thrive in a modern production environment and want to be part of a company that’s reshaping an industry, we’d love to meet you.

The Role

Cursive is seeking a full-time Printing & Converting Specialist to join our growing production team. In this role, you’ll manufacture high-quality labels and packaging for leading brands in wine & spirits, health & beauty, and food & beverage. You’ll work in a bright, clean facility with state-of-the-art printing and converting equipment and play a key role in delivering exceptional quality to our customers.

Requirements:

What You’ll Do

  • Operate best-in-class printing and converting equipment, including flexographic presses, digital finishing presses, and pressure-sensitive and shrink-sleeve converting equipment
  • Review work instructions and perform machine make-readies and setups
  • Prepare and stage tooling and materials for production
  • Monitor print quality, embellishments, and consistency to ensure customer specifications are met
  • Communicate effectively with the Shift Supervisor, Production Manager, and Scheduler regarding work order issues, quality concerns, and production variances
  • Train and support new operators and helpers as needed
  • Participate in R&D and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Accurately record shop floor and production data
  • Support team objectives, including assisting outside your primary role when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of machine operation experience in printing, converting, or related production environments
  • Experience with digital embellishments (embossing, hot stamp, cold foil, screen print) and shrink-sleeve converting preferred
  • Hands-on experience running ABG and/or Digicon equipment strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Clear communicator and collaborative team player
  • Proactive, critical thinker who identifies and addresses issues early
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset with a desire to learn and improve

Why Join Cursive

  • Highly competitive compensation
  • Comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, and 401k)
  • Opportunity to join a well-capitalized, fast-growing company disrupting the packaging industry
  • Real career growth and advancement opportunities
  • Lean, collaborative team where your contributions truly matter
  • Work with world-class consumer brands
  • Modern, state-of-the-art production environment
  • Performance-driven culture that recognizes effort, skill, and results
