A print job typically includes the file to be printed, instructions such as the number of copies, page orientation, color settings, and paper size. Print jobs can be managed through a computer, network, or print server, and are queued in the order they are received. They are commonly used in offices, schools, and print shops for producing reports, flyers, brochures, and more.
