Job description

Justagame Impressions is looking for a full-time Screen Printer. Screen Printing is the bread and butter of our business. In operating a press you are making the product we sell! It is one of the most important jobs in our company.ย 
We are committed to quality and need someone who will take pride in the product we send out to our customers.
Screen printing is an art and we treat it that way.ย 
We have a great team and are looking to grow! In 2022 we will soon be moving to a new facility in Wisconsin Dells and upgrading all of our equipment. It is an exciting time to join us.

Duties:
  • Print a variety of apparel with silkscreens using manual and automatic printing machines.
  • Constantly check each garment and logo for quality or defects.
  • Prepare screens for print by reclaiming, applying emulsion, burning and taping.
  • Catalog and track screens by number and artwork.
  • Set up machines for print.
  • Communicate regularly with sales, customer service, shipping/receiving and art departments to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of orders.
  • Maintain an organized and neat workspace.
  • Clean and maintain machines.

Qualifications:
  • Screen printing experience and/or an artistic background are preferred but not required.
  • Must be hard-working, have an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Need to be physically capable of moderate lifting and standing on your feet for the majority of the day.
