Job description

Digital Printing & Production Associate

Location: Shelton, CT

Success Printing is seeking a dependable and motivated Digital Printing & Production Associate to join our team in Shelton, CT. This is a hands-on role 40 hours per week, day shift 8:30 am - 5:00 pm M-F in a fast-paced commercial printing and mailing production environment, offering the opportunity to work across multiple areas of our operation. Must be able to pick up/move boxes weighing up to 50lbs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial print shop; however, we are willing to train someone with a strong mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate digital printing and bindery equipment, including cutters, folders, and other finishing machinery.

  • Assist with mailing operations, including operating inserting equipment.

  • Package and prepare completed jobs for shipment.

  • Receive and organize incoming deliveries and materials.

  • Make local deliveries, including trips to the post office and customer locations as needed.

  • Support production activities across various departments to ensure efficient workflow.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Commercial printing or print production experience is preferred but not required.

  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment and processes.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Salary:

$18-25/hr depending on experience
