Seasonal Production Associate โ€“ Printing Production (2nd Shift)
Spring Into Extra Income with a Steady Production Opportunity!
Location: Rochester, NY (Gates area โ€“ limited bus line access)
Pay: $17.50/hour | Paid Weekly
Shift:
  • B Shift | Mondayโ€“Friday | 3:00 PM โ€“ 11:30 PM

Mandatory overtime required every Sundays= during spring peak season. Additional overtime may be required based on production needs.
Duration: Seasonal assignment with potential for extension or long-term opportunities based on performance and business needs.
About the Role:
Weโ€™re hiring motivated Production Associates to support a busy printing production team during the spring peak season. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with production, warehouse, manufacturing, or high-volume assembly experience looking for consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and weekly pay.
Youโ€™ll help assemble, finish, and prepare printed book orders for shipment while ensuring quality, accuracy, and production deadlines are met.
What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:
  • ย Assemble card/book components in correct order and verify materials match the product/version
  • Apply labels to cards/books, packaging, or boxes with accuracy and attention to detail
  • ย Assist with decorative finishes, load/unload materials, and inspect finished products for quality
  • ย Inspect finished books for page order, trimming, alignment, and overall quality standards
  • ย Organize completed orders by job number or customer name for shipping and distribution
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment

What You Bring:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, printing, assembly, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime during peak season
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
  • Reliable transportation required (location has limited bus access)
