Pixos Print is looking for a Customer Service Specialist / Production Planner to help coordinate print projects from estimating through production and delivery. Pixos Print is a privately owned commercial printing company serving Greater Monroe County and the surrounding area since 2001. We provide a full range of printing services, including digital, offset, large format, mailing, and finishing solutions. Our team of 15 dedicated employees is committed to delivering exceptional quality, outstanding customer service, and innovative print solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for talented individuals who share our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

·         Communicate with customers and sales representatives to determine the complete scope of each project.

·         Prepare estimates, enter orders, and manage projects from order entry through delivery using our job tracking and invoicing system.

·         Coordinate production schedules by collaborating with internal departments.

·         Work directly with vendors to obtain pricing and turnaround times.

·         Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer approvals and project information.

·         Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.

·         Resolve customer issues professionally while implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.

·         Maintain a customer-focused environment with an emphasis on quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

·         Provide administrative support and assist other departments as needed.

·         Report directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred.

·         One to three years of related customer service, project coordination, or printing industry experience preferred.

Technical Skills

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.

·         Understanding of commercial printing processes is a plus.

Preferred Experience

·         Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

·         Experience with PrintSmith Vision.

·         Experience with web-to-print solutions.

·         Knowledge of USPS mailing processes.
