Job description

TyrrellTech needs a mechanically minded individual who likes to tinker with and fix things, who also enjoys working with people, and is open to learning exciting new technology on the job.  This person would also be someone who likes working with people and solving their problems.  We do consultative sales, meaning we identify needs and find solutions for them! Join us for on-the-job training, a friendly team, and exciting work. This would be the start of a great new career!

What would your day look like? 

At first- you would learn the machines in vendor training and mirror our other technicians on the road.  You would also work independently to do sales calls and repair work, spending time on the road, visiting customers on site and working on/installing the printing and finishing machines that run their businesses.

What other aspects are there to the job? 

Meeting with customers, solving their problems, suggesting and quoting machines, managing parts inventory, completing call log sheets, scheduling and communicating with customers, and upholding the high level of service and support that we provide customers with when they purchase hardware for their business from TyrrellTech.

What is TyrrellTech?

We are a small business with four locations on the East Coast and a team of sales and service people who install and support printers, laminators, engravers and more. We work with creative businesses who use the  machines that we sell to generate income with custom creations.
