  • Must have current Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Certification.
  • Must have Medicaid provider number.
  • At least 3+ years of experience providing ABA therapy services.
  • At least 2+ years of supervisor experience.
  • Must pass background check.
  • Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required.

About the Position

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s) to provide in-clinic (Winter Park office) Program Management. The ABA Program Manager (BCBA) will also be required to provide direct Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities and supervise the agency’s Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) between 20-23 hours per week. They will assist the agency's RBTs with day-to-day activities, monitor clinic space, assist with coordinating and scheduling of assessments and services, and communicate with clients and families.

Role of the Program Director (BCBA) 

  • Assist with ongoing creation and implementation of ABA Program Policies and Procedures.
  • Interview and hire additional ABA Program employees and contractors, as needed to maintain program size and further expansion.
  • Conduct orientation and training of new ABA Program employees and contractors.
  • Review incoming referrals and complete screenings for potential ABA Program clients (conducting phone screenings with parents).
  • Schedule Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations, as warranted (coordinating with assessment specialist and psychiatrist).
  • Monitor ABA Program clinic on a daily basis, ensuring adherence to agency safety guidelines.
  • Provide required supervision to agency RBTs working on assigned cases.
  • Conduct off-site reviews and supervision of ABA Program staff working in early childcare settings.
  • Maintain ongoing audits of client records and employee/contractor billing.
  • Maintain direct client services and supervision, billing 20-23 hours weekly.
  • Create and Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
  • Collect and record data and complete accurate treatment notes in a timely manner.
  • Strictly follow BACB guidelines and codes of conduct at all times.
