Role and Responsibilities

As a member of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for generating New Business opportunities, following up on pre-qualified leads, scheduling product Demos with prospective clients and effectively presenting the value proposition to prospects. All Account Executives are responsible for a monthly and quarterly Sales Quotas. for equipment and services offerings.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • New partner recruitment for one of SoTel's strategic manufacturer partners via cold calling, networking, face to face meetings in Canada and the US Markets, etc.
  • Attain Monthly Sales and Partner Recruitment Quota
  • Continued Education in telephony and Unified Communications
  • Solution Selling
  • Funnel Management
  • Ownership of the Sales Cycle
  • Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals
  • Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales
  • Strong product knowledge, client relation, and presentation skills
  • Highly self motivated
  • Reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic, with the ability to perform multiple assignments at the same time
  • Effective communication with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills
  • Strong technical abilities, with PC and Internet usage experience

Requirements

Associates Degree from a 2-year college or university Preferred OR equivalent work experience

  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in clear and straightforward manner
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere within the United States
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to use personal computer and software applications
