Role and Responsibilities
As a member of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for generating New Business opportunities, following up on pre-qualified leads, scheduling product Demos with prospective clients and effectively presenting the value proposition to prospects. All Account Executives are responsible for a monthly and quarterly Sales Quotas. for equipment and services offerings.
Primary Responsibilities:
- New partner recruitment for one of SoTel's strategic manufacturer partners via cold calling, networking, face to face meetings in Canada and the US Markets, etc.
- Attain Monthly Sales and Partner Recruitment Quota
- Continued Education in telephony and Unified Communications
- Solution Selling
- Funnel Management
- Ownership of the Sales Cycle
- Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals
- Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales
- Strong product knowledge, client relation, and presentation skills
- Highly self motivated
- Reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic, with the ability to perform multiple assignments at the same time
- Effective communication with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills
- Strong technical abilities, with PC and Internet usage experience
Requirements
Associates Degree from a 2-year college or university Preferred OR equivalent work experience
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in clear and straightforward manner
- Ability to work remotely from anywhere within the United States
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to use personal computer and software applications
