Inside Sales - Technical Ag Sales

We have an incredible opportunity for an Inside Sales professional. The role of the Agricultural Inside Technical Sales representative is to provide customer focused consultative sales for Dultmeier Sales’ customers over the phone. The Ag Tech Sales representative will help customers by making sure they are ordering the correct items to fulfill their specific needs, assist them in troubleshooting issues, and consult with them on other products Dultmeier Sales’ offers.

We offer very competitive base pay plus quarterly commission, AND an incredible benefits package.

Required Education & Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in Agriculture, Industrial or Petroleum sales or related industry preferred

Essential Functions

1. Answer calls and take orders from customers

2. Assist customers who have technical questions and sell the appropriate parts to meet their needs

3. Provide exemplary customer service/relationship management and consultative selling

4. Help customers troubleshoot problems over the phone by answering technical questions

5. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products and services

6. Safeguard and maintain all provided tools and equipment

7. Meet sales goals determined by Sales Manager

Other Duties

• Travel to and work Trade Shows to promote Dultmeier Sales products
• Provide Customer Feedback on products and service to management
• Attend training off site if necessary
• Work with inside sales to serve customers
• Assist on plant projects and automation service calls
• Maintain Dultmeier Sales provided vehicle
• Maintain expense and travel reports

Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

• Competitive Base pay plus commission
