Essential Responsibilities:

Collaboration with the VP of the Program Delivery department from the St. Louis office to build and grow the team in Rochester.
Assist, or take the lead, in the development of, or revision to, function-specific project management policies, procedures, and implementation, per Northeast Clients.
Assist, or take the lead, in the recruitment of new team members in the area by participating in local career fairs.
Serves as the primary site authority for assigned project personnel and operations staff on major project-related issues.
Act as a liaison for Northeast clients, perform site visits, and engage in their RFP process.
Research and complete suitable RFPs for LUZCO to provide services in the Northeast.
Direct project team and lead the project management process.
Responsible for metrics tracking, associated reporting to stakeholders, and compliance with regulatory, corporate, and business function procedures during all the phases of the project.
Working to replicate the current familia office environment already established in St. Louis.
Chamber and community liaison.
NE MSA/RFP submission leader.
Up to 35% travel required to perform client visits or to LUZCO's headquarters.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor's degreefrom an accrediteduniversityinEngineering,Engineering Management, Construction Management, or Master's of Business Administration preferred.
Minimum2yearsofrelevantproject managementexperiencerequired, which includes:large-scale projectmanagement,project management controls,and/or project leadexperience on large/complex projects.
Proficientat scheduling, monitoring, controlling and updating project schedules.
Strong analytical,problem-solvingand financial analysisskills.
Excellentleadership,interpersonal,verbal and written communication skills.
Good working knowledge ofall Microsoft Officeprogramsa plus.
