Asphalt Plant Manager

Company Overview: CKC Operations LLC is a leading provider of asphalt products committed to delivering high-quality materials for construction projects across Roosevelt Utah. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Asphalt Plant Manager to oversee our asphalt production operations.

Job Description: As the Asphalt Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of our asphalt production facility. You will oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production scheduling, maintenance, quality control, and safety compliance. Your primary goal will be to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality asphalt products to meet customer demands while maximizing production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the asphalt plant, including production scheduling, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among plant personnel.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure that asphalt products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to meet customer demands and optimize delivery schedules.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Lead and develop a team of plant personnel, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asphalt production or similar manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt plant operations, equipment, and maintenance practices.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proven track record of prioritizing safety and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
