North Reading Subaru is looking for a General Sales Manager to add to our team. Applicants would be working directly with our sales team daily to bring more traffic into our showroom and close deals. Daily tasks would include assisting our sales consultants with leads, appraising trades, customer follow up, managing BDC lead response, and helping maintain one of the highest customer CSI's in New England.
Job Requirements:
- Personable, outgoing, positive attitude, and professional
· Strong Closing Skills
· Ability to work with our staff and our customers to build a strong, long-lasting relationship.
· Excellent communications skills
· Previous Automotive Sales Management Experience required.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Pay range: $120 to 180K plus.
· Health, Dental, Life, Disability Insurances all available
· Demo
