Scout Land Consultants is hiring an Operations Analyst in Greenville, SC.

The Operations Analyst will be screening incoming voicemails, emails, texts, and website leads from solar land prospects and directing them to the appropriate Land Acquisition Manager or Director for follow up.

Scount Land Consultants works with Solar Developers to identify suitable properties to construct projects and then facilitates land agreements between the developer and landowner. Job Requirements:

• Screening incoming voicemails, emails, texts, and website leads from solar land prospects and directing them to the appropriate Land Acquisition Manager or Director for follow-up.
• Using analytical and investigative skills to correlate different pieces of information to match inquiries with property information.
• Cataloging all appropriate and relevant information through our Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, HubSpot.
• Working heavily with business systems including GIS software, Google Suite, contact automation, CRM databases, and spreadsheets.
• Using our proprietary mapping technology to identify and analyze land parcels and power line access, and transferring identifiable information to summary packages.
• Researching property information including boundary lines, ownership, wetlands, sloping, zoning, and other attributes.
• Offering administrative support for the Operations Coordinator, Lead Analyst, Land Acquisition Team, and the Executive Team.
• Representing the company in a professional and respectful manner consistent with our core values.

$37,000.00 Annually to $40,000.00 Annually
