The Personal Executive Assistant is primarily responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, managing daily tasks, schedules, and responsibilities. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $120,000-$140,000/year!
Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include:
Travel Coordination: Plan and arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas. Provide necessary information and support to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Communication and Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence. Prioritize messages, draft responses, and maintain confidentiality as required.
Administrative Support: Undertake general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, expense tracking, and invoicing. Manage office supplies and equipment as needed.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Exercise discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
Problem Solving and Decision Making: Identify and address challenges proactively. Use sound judgment and critical thinking to make informed decisions in the best interest of the individual or team.
Qualifications of the Personal Assistant include:
10 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using office software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite).
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
Discretion and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels.
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when necessary.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not always required.
