Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep the property properly landscaped, remodeling of homes, maintenance on park owned homes as needed. Improve overall look and feel of the mobile home park to make it a desirable place to live.
Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
- Remodeling and repairing manufactured homes
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Mowing vacant lots and common areas, general cleanup
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and home remodeling is required
- Must have clean driving record
