Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our staff.

Position Overview:

Oversees all sales activity, customer service activity, and manages inside sales staff and sales administrative positions.

Essential Job Functions:

Works with Inside Sales to ensure customer service activity satisfies customer requirements.

Reviews sales quote activity and works with sales staff to obtain proper sales margin, per company guidelines.

Works with Sales staff to obtain monthly sales goals.

Assigns customer accounts to Inside Sales staff.

Works with Inside Sales on contract review processes for customer orders.

Ensures Sales department adheres to company Quality policies and procedures.

Manages Sales Administrative positions and is responsible for Sales Administrative functions including customer order entry, quote, VMI inventory management, and expeditor activity for each site.

Responsible for developing and maintaining efficient communication lines between Sales, Quality, Operations and Regional Management.

Reviews and approves customer material returns and credits.

Assists Inside Sales staff with customer AR resolution as required.

Provides technical product knowledge assistance to Sales staff as needed.

Works with Sales staff to ensure proper use of CRM, Quote application, and other database tools as required.

Reviews customer VMI contract requirements and works with Sales staff on VMI inventory management and customer quality requirements.

Other duties as directed by the Branch Manager.

Non-Essential Job Functions:

Other duties per customer and management request.

Requirements:

Fastener industry sales and product knowledge.

Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-oriented.

Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Proficient and skilled on the use of Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Other Skills/Abilities:

Math skills; Proficient level computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
