US Immigration Fund, a global finance and real estate company headquartered in Tequesta, Florida, has an opening in our Investor Relations Department for a Paralegal with a minimum 7 years of experience in a professional office setting.  THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION, there is no opportunity to work remote in this role.

The successful candidate will be highly professional and capable individual who is a confident, self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and a patient, flexible demeanor. They will have the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining resourceful and efficient.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Professionally manage all projects and responsibilities with diligence, discretion, and respect.
  • Assisting clients with inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding their upcoming investments while using exemplary customer service via telephone, email, zoom and/or in-person.
  • Ensuring all documentation is processed and fully executed by authorized signers.
  • Maintain investor database and create investor status reports.
  • Prepare investor notices and routine communications.
  • Working with counsel to track, prepare and file all relevant regulatory filings with USCIS.
  • Working with financial institutions, legal counsel, accounting, and agents.
  • Administer escrow agreements and project subscription documents. 
  • Performing other job-related duties as required.

Required Experience and Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years working as a Paralegal experienced in immigration and/or real estate.
  • Outstanding MAC computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word applications.
  • Knowledge of Sales Force a plus.
  • Strong communication skills - oral and written.
  • Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  • Possesses a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Program

Compensation:

$70,000 - $85,000
