Automotive Sales

Job Summary:
Frank Kent Cadillac is seeking motivated and experienced Automotive Sales professionals to join our team in Arlington, Texas. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles to customers while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, commission-only sales position in the automotive industry. Your main goal will be to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding buying experience for our customers.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission-only position, with potential earnings ranging from $42,000 to $300,000 per month. Sales representatives are also eligible for bonuses and incentives. Additionally, employees are eligible for a benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k plan.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct test drives with potential customers and demonstrate vehicle features
• Understand and communicate product knowledge to customers, including vehicle options, financing, and warranties
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• Negotiate pricing and provide a clear understanding of the purchase and financing process
• Complete all necessary paperwork and accurately record customer information
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all new and used vehicle inventory
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong negotiation and selling abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn dealership specific software
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug test
