SharePoint Application Administrator

Position: Senior SharePoint Application Administrator

Location: Austin TX 78703

Duration: 12+ Months Contract to Hire

Work Schedule: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days WFH)

Must Have:

• Basic network security
• Disaster Recovery
• In-depth knowledge and experience with SharePoint technologies, including SharePoint Server 2013/2016/2019, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.
• Proficiency in managing and configuring SharePoint infrastructure, including windows servers, SharePoint farm, databases, and network components (load balancer, firewall, etc.).
• Understanding of SharePoint security principles and experience in implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures. In-depth knowledge and experience with network firewall, certificate, and M365 security features
• Experience and skill in the SharePoint development framework and in the Power Platform
• Ability to design and implement effective backup and recovery strategies for SharePoint environments. Ability to design, implement, maintain, and monitor high-availability SharePoint systems for business-critical services.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance, configurations, and integrations.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint Online. Expert in automating tasks and managing SharePoint environments using PowerShell and PnP PowerShell module
