We’re a boutique behavioral healthcare practice based in Monroeville, PA, that is comprised of a team of compassionate and skilled mental health providers. In our quest to always prioritize quality patient care, we are excited to expand our services by adding a psychiatric nurse practitioner to our group! By doing this, we hope to strengthen the collaborative care we provide and reduce barriers to access to psychiatric medication evaluation and management.

Clients are typically highly motivated, psychologically self-aware individuals with low acuity. We accept most commercial insurance and self-pay. We are not a Medicaid practice. 

$58 - $62 hourly

We're looking for Nurse Practitioners for either virtual and/or in-person appointments for a part-time position of approximately 10 to 12 hours a week. You may choose your own schedule and hours which makes it an ideal supplemental income stream that fits into the rest of your schedule. There is the potential for this to grow into a full-time role if desired. You should be:

• A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP – BC) or a Mental Health Physician Assistant (PA-C) in good standing.
• 1 - 3+ years experience in mental health setting(s)
• Passionate about collaborative patient care and continuous learning.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms.
• Able to embrace technology and digital healthcare solutions.
• Able to understand the importance of the patient-provider relationship.
• Ideally, have experience with major insurance providers.

Compensation is $58 - $62/hour, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing tailored care plans.
• Formulating accurate diagnoses.
• Collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
• Participating in ongoing education and training.
• Engaging patients through telehealth platforms and in-person visits.
• Adhering to ethical and professional standards in nursing practice or physician assistant practice.
