Job Description
We are partnered with a premier managed service provider in Laguna Hills, CA who is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their team. This position is contract-to-hire and is 100% on-site with occassional travel to client sites within Orange County. Candidates must be local to the area. No C2C Sponsorship.

Responsibilities: 
  • Technician will work in office 75% and out in the field 25% to support client sites
  • Windows troubleshooting with some Mac troubleshooting
  • Install and troubleshoot printers and other hardware peripherals
  • L1 network support - Higher level network issues would be escalated
  • Work will be prioritized and assigned through ticketing system
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years in a technical support role
  • Certifications like MS, CompTIA, or Cisco a plus
  • Great work ethic and willingness to assist on tasks
  • Must clear background check
