Onsite 5 days/week, 830am-5pm

**Position is not on a manufacturing line, worker with some technology background/knowledge is preferred. (not a high stress level position)

Job Summary:
This is a technical position reporting directly to the Engineering lab Management. Responsibilities of this position will include the ability to help build and test highly complex circuitry, prototypes assemblies and fixtures as per instructions from the engineering teams, using schematic drawings, wire diagrams, PCB layout and/or written verbal instructions. The ideal candidate shall be self-motivated, requiring minimum supervision while exemplifying a high degree of organization and technical skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
― Ability to read, interpret, and follow detailed technical documents/ instructions (schematics drawings, wire diagrams, PCB layout).
― Ability to work with Surface mount components (Inductors, Resistors, Capacitors, Integrated circuits etc.).
― Ability to rework/replace electrical components down to 00501 on flexible and rigid printed circuits under a microscope.
― Ability to rework/replace BGA (Ball Grid Array) by using manual/ semi-automated BGA rework station.
― Ability to build and rework harness and cables (splicing, crimping, stripping, etc.).
― Knowledge of electrostatic sensitive environmental requirements to ensure standard lab practices.
― Follow processes and procedures to maintain lab environment within the protocols for ISO, environmental health, and safety (EH&S).
― Maintain lab environments and records in preparation of audits.
― Ability to identify and select equipment for rework/assembly and maintain tools for prototype workstations.
