Mail Room Associate (Part-time or Full-time, Summer Opportunities Available!)

The Mail Room Associate is the first processor for all incoming mail. This position requires you to work both independently and as a team, while maintaining productivity and quality. This role requires strong organizational skills and a high level of accountability. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available during the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday. This role is performed fully in person in our Glen Mills, PA office. This role offers a quick growth path, including additional base pay after requirements are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and process incoming mail.
• Remove mail contents from envelopes.
• Count and organize mailing contents.
• Review scanned data images for accuracy.
• Enter data from scanned images.

Position Requirements:

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Strong Typing, Computing and Data entry skills.
• Type 50 wpm or better.
• Lift and carry as heavy as 40 pounds.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Use repeated hand, finger, and wrist motions.
• Must have Reliable transportation. This position is fully onsite in our Glen Mills, PA office
