WHAT THIS ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE ENTAILS:

As an Office Administrator - Bookkeeping Clerk, your day is brimming with opportunities to excel. You immerse yourself in the world of numbers, meticulously managing bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online to ensure financial accuracy. Throughout the day, you serve as the backbone of our operations, seamlessly coordinating schedules and overseeing billing processes with precision. Your commitment to excellence shines as you provide exceptional customer service, leaving a lasting impression on every interaction. At the end of each day, you've achieved success, knowing you've played a vital role in our mission to exceed customer expectations. Additionally, you will be preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns and staying informed about tax regulations and ensuring company's compliance.

The minimum requirements to be considered:

  • QuickBooks online experience
  • Previous experience in office management, scheduling, and bookkeeping.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in using office software and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills.

SCHEDULE:

This administrative position works Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with NO late nights and NO weekends!
