ERP Administrator (Manufacturing) - 25020

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Plex ERP Platform Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal for managing and enhancing the Plex ERP platform, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency across the organization. As the cornerstone of their ERP ecosystem, the successful candidate will bring a strategic and forward-thinking approach to system management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all Plex ERP related issues, requests, and improvements, serving as the system's enterprise lead and subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop solutions, troubleshoot problems, and advance system capabilities.
• Spearhead the development, documentation, and enhancement of business processes across all Plex modules, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Coordinate with plant operations to guarantee the uniform application of processes, aiming for accurate and reliable outcomes.
• Lead the research, development, testing, and implementation of system changes to augment the Plex ERP platform and associated business processes.
• Organize and participate in problem-solving workshops to address and resolve system issues.
• Manage support for EDI change requests and collaborate with teams to maximize the ERP's utility.
• Implement industry best practices to boost efficiency across all Plex ERP modules.
• Oversee the support and continuous improvement of MES Automation and Orchestration within the ERP system.
• Provide prompt and effective assistance to user requests, both locally and remotely, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Plex ERP support, platform improvement, and administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in administering and deploying Plex MES Automation and Orchestration.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
