Location: Sterling, VA

Work Setting: In office

Schedule : Monday to Friday (Rotating schedule: 9-5pm first week, 10-6pm following week) No Weekends

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary: $55,000 - $75,000+ per year

Prestige Insurance Services is seeking a motivated Salaried Licensed P&C Insurance Agent to join our award-winning team in Sterling, VA. As a licensed agent, you will be responsible for selling personal and commercial insurance policies, providing top-level customer service, managing claims, and working with carrier underwriters.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed P&C Insurance Agent
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to negotiate and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service
• Associates or undergraduate degree preferred
• Knowledge of insurance coverages and underwriting
• Experience in selling all types of insurance
• Team-player mentality

• Calling leads and prospects
• Quoting and selling personal and commercial insurance policies
• Documenting the management system
• Providing top-level commercial customer service
• Cross-selling existing clients
• Leads development
