Enter Auto Payments
A/P Payments
Cheques when required
Balance Banks
Accounts Payable
Match Po's and Packing Slips to Invoices
Get approves from PM's etc
Prepare Payments weekly
Emails from Suppliers
Payroll Bi-weekly
Enterprise Time to Simply
Prepare Payroll for employees
Prepare Payroll deductions
Prepare WSIB Monthly
Prepare EHT
Prepare HST Monthly
Credit Cards
Match up receipts with statements
Enter statements in Simply
Balance to Auto Payments
Correspondence
File ROE when required
Track Staff Vacations & Sick Days
Prepare other weekly Cheques
