Position Title: Bubble Tea Professional

Job Description:

One of client is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join their team as Bubble Tea Professionals. As a Bubble Tea Professional, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality bubble tea beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages according to company standards and recipes.
2. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
3. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering customer inquiries and recommending beverages based on preferences.
4. Operate equipment such as blenders, tea brewers, and cash registers efficiently and safely.
5. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the preparation area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
6. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
7. Follow proper food safety procedures and adhere to health and safety regulations.
8. Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
10. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
2. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Food Handler Certification is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates without certification must be willing to complete the certification after joining.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
8. Must be able to stand for extended periods.
9. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
10. Team player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
