Job Description

Tax House Miami is seeking a Front Desk Executive to join our team! You will provide high-level support and be the face of our company.

We are looking for a highly motivated LEADER to be the face of our company. We are a local Tax Firm in the heart of Miami with a seasonal and/or permanent work schedule. We are looking for a special human to grow within our company and manage the Front Desk and wear multiple hats.

IMPORTANT: Work Hours

"Off- Season"- Tuesday-Thursday from 10am until 7pm (May- December).

"On- Season"- Monday- Friday 10am until 7pm (Jan) and Saturdays (Feb-May)

Responsibilities:

Receive visitors with a smile on your face
Answer calls in a professional manner
Oversee the Front Desk and train new hires
Maintain client files
Data entry for tax preparation appointments
Make and manage appointment schedule
Assist with special projects

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a heavy call center
Previous experience in a management position preferred
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail
Conflict resolution skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Motivated with a desire to grow and learn
