Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives. As the sole in-house marketing professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our brokerage by developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, enhancing our brand presence, and attracting high-quality clients and listings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our commercial real estate services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

- Create compelling marketing materials, including property brochures, presentations, and digital content, to showcase our listings and enhance our brand identity.

- Manage our online presence, including website management, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns, to increase visibility and generate leads.

- Collaborate with real estate associates to create customized marketing plans for individual properties and client portfolios, driving sales and client acquisition.

- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize marketing efforts and drive measurable results.

- Lead and mentor marketing assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

- Create annual marketing plans and budgets, outlining tactics and initiatives to achieve objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry.

- Strong understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics, trends and client preferences would be an asset.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including website management, social media marketing, and email marketing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Compensation:

- Competitive salary range of CAD 75,000 to CAD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

- Performance-based commission and bonus structure, with the potential to earn additional income based on company revenue and exceptional performance.
