Who We Need:

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with potential for permanent placement.

As our new Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our recruitment services. You will drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and data-driven marketer to make a significant impact on our digital presence.

As oue Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
• Develop engaging and relevant content for digital marketing initiatives, including blog posts, social media updates, and weekly newsletters.
• Optimize website content for search engines and manage advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content development, and performance tracking.
• Monitor the performance of digital marketing efforts and present insights to the team. Continuously adjust strategies to improve results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing techniques to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and competitive.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of successful experience in IT staffing sales, business development and marketing.
• Proven experience executing and managing digital marketing campaigns. Experience with HubSpot is required.
• Proven experience utilizing LinkedIn and LinkedIn Campaign solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• You must be comfortable working in a startup environment.

Work Type:

• Contract 6-Months (with potential for permanent placement)
• Remote - Toronto

Compensation:

• $70,000 $80,000
