Position Summary: 

The Recruitment Marketing Manager is responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing the organization's digital talent acquisition ecosystem to attract, engage, and convert qualified talent. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition leadership team, this role serves as the strategic owner of the candidate experience, career site, talent acquisition technology stack, recruitment marketing platforms, and candidate conversion strategy.

The Manager combines expertise in candidate experience, recruitment marketing technology, talent acquisition operations, analytics, and digital optimization to ensure candidates experience a seamless journey from initial awareness through application and hire.

This role is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization's career site, ATS, CRM, sourcing channels, and talent attraction technologies while leveraging data and insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

Candidate Experience & Journey Optimization

  • Develop and optimize the candidate experience strategy across the talent acquisition lifecycle
  • Identify and remove friction points to improve candidate engagement and conversion
  • Monitor candidate feedback and implement continuous improvements

Career Site Strategy & Optimization

  • Serve as the business owner of the careers website and candidate-facing digital experiences
  • Optimize career site content, user experience, and application workflows
  • Implement SEO and conversion best practices to increase qualified applicant volume

ATS, CRM & Talent Acquisition Technology Ownership

  • Own and optimize Talent Acquisition technology platforms, including ATS, CRM, career site, and recruitment marketing tools
  • Partner with HRIS, IT, and vendors on system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
  • Ensure data integrity, system adoption, and platform performance

Recruitment Marketing Technology & Talent Communities

  • Manage recruitment marketing technology and candidate relationship management platforms
  • Develop talent community and candidate nurture strategies to build talent pipelines
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies that improve attraction and engagement

Funnel Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Develop recruiting funnel metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Analyze candidate behavior, source effectiveness, and conversion trends
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Talent Acquisition leadership

Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Lead testing and optimization efforts to improve candidate conversion rates
  • Utilize data and analytics to enhance career site performance and application completion rates
  • Establish benchmarks and measure recruiting funnel effectiveness

Vendor & Cross-Functional Partnership Management

  • Manage relationships with talent acquisition technology vendors and service providers
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, IT, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams
  • Lead technology implementations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Attraction, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Technology, Digital Experience, or related functions
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments
  • Experience administering or managing ATS, CRM, and talent acquisition technology platforms
  • Strong understanding of candidate experience, recruiting funnels, and digital talent acquisition strategies
  • Experience analyzing recruiting data and developing performance dashboards
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

    The following skillsets are preferred:

    • Experience with UKG, Tenstreet, CRM platforms, and recruitment marketing technologies
    • Experience supporting logistics, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or other high-volume hiring environments
    • Knowledge of API integrations, workflow automation, and system implementation projects
    • Experience with career site optimization, candidate journey mapping, and conversion rate optimization
    • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics, web analytics, and talent attraction technologies
