Salary:

85SIXTY is looking to add this new role that will be responsible for our agency's sales and marketing operations. Within this role it’s important to think strategically, but also be able to execute against a plan. If you like rolling up your sleeves, creating decks/presentations, creating content in collaboration with team members, managing Hubspot and helping to win deals; we want to talk to you. This role will require juggling many tasks and will require a thoughtful approach to achieving results in this new remote world.


You will be expected to be highly organized, able to multitask and be a part of the team out there spreading the good word of 85SIXTY. You’ll be working alongside the CEO, President and other team members to bridge Sales and Marketing at a growing organization that lives and breathes two of the fastest growing segments in the US - ecommerce & travel. You'll be expected to be collaborative and confident in communicating the story of 85SIXTY in the marketplace. Previous experience with crafting marketing strategies for B2B service companies is ideal. There is a lot of growth potential for this role.




Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience working in a B2B environment preferred (ie/ digital agency, design agency, marketing agency, tech/software)
  • Experience with Hubspot (Inbound Sales, Inbound Marketing, Sales Enablement preferred)
  • Experience and/or knowledge with the digital marketing toolset as it pertains to Inbound Content, Social Media, SEO, Email, Webinars, Virtual Events, Podcasting and Paid Media
  • Must possess an understanding of a digital agency’s language and terminology
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and timelines for multiple projects
  • Proficiency with presentation tools – Powerpoint, Google Slides
  • High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
  • Highly detailed-oriented and organized
  • Approach all tasks with a positive, "Can Do" attitude
  • Ability to excel in solo assignments as well in group projects
  • Battle-tested PM experience and skills - juggling priorities and tasks to completion
  • Great written and verbal communication skillset
  • Good motivation skills with ability to source work from multiple teams and individuals on short time scales to ensure prompt delivery
  • Content creation - copywriting, working with internal creative team on agency assets, pitch deck support



Responsibilities:


  • Daily sales and marketing operations duties (ie/ some of these assigned, some will be self-driven)
  • Daily management of Hubspot platform to support Sales and Marketing programs
  • Copywriting variety - presentation decks, sales proposals, marketing collateral, inbound content, blog posts, website pages
  • Weekly meetings with sales and marketing stakeholders (ie/ President, CEO, SMEs)
  • Hubspot Nurturing (ie/ workflow audit/maintenance, contact list cleansing, landing pages and forms support)
  • Provide monthly reporting across Sales & Marketing activities
  • Support agency special projects & events (ie/ Virtual Event sponsorships, quarterly webinars, PR/Media support for external consultant)
  • Oversee social media strategy, content calendar, and execution of posts (will have support from Design team and Social team as needed)
  • Manage editorial content and thought leadership content
  • Update website content and manage 85SIXTY's portfolio of case studies
  • Future planning and supporting annual agency events with potential for light travel
  • Collaboration and coordination across teams to support sales deck/proposal development process
  • Creation of pitch presentation decks across business units (ie/ Standardizing the templates, file storage/access inside Confluence)
  • Supporting annual agency awards submissions across business units (ie/ video testimonials, asset collection, project summaries)
  • Maintain database of agency content and marketing collateral, including case studies and capabilities decks
