Customer Service Representative -Home Health

Interim Healthcare is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our office team in Redding CA. Looking for a CSR with experience in the healthcare clerical industry (must be able to show your experience in this field). This is a Monday thru Friday 8 - 5 office position. CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Experience in the healthcare/clerical industry (must be able to show your experience in this field.)
• Excellent typing skills & telephone etiquette
• Proven organizational skills & detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities & short deadlines, & effectively handle a heavy workload.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both orally & in writing, with clinical & non-clinical personnel.
• Ability to follow directions & work closely with on-site supervisor/manager.
• Ability to be flexible yet creative & accept challenges.
• Experience with heavy multi line phone system
• Great computer skills
