Maintenance Technician

We are currently hiring two individuals for a full-time Maintenance Technician role at a Golf & Country Club. One position will be Monday thru Friday from 8:30am until 5:00pm with a half hour lunch break. The other position will be Sunday thru Thursday from 7:30am until 4:00pm with a half hour lunch break.

Job Summary

This position is a Maintenance Technician role at a Golf & Country Club completing work orders and other required tasks throughout the property. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to our members and guests. A successful candidate presents and maintains the utmost in professionalism. This position works under the supervision of the Facilities Director.

Essential Job Functions

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Assist maintenance team with projects as needed
• Completing all tasks as delegated by the Facilities Director

Skills and Specifications

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
• Able to lift up to 60lbs
• Must maintain a presentable appearance
• Should be a good team player and able to coordinate work with fellow workers

Qualifications

• Must possess one of the following skills: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, or air-conditioning certification with hands-on experience
• Must be able to pass a background check
