Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will cultivate new partnerships with clients needing remote HR services including recruitment, payroll, benefits, onboarding, background checks, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Establish Nexus HR sales department
- Perform outbound phone calls to prospective clients.
- Follow-up with potential leads via email, phone, and social media.
- Consistently meet appointment setting and sales goals/quotas.
- Coordinate sales/marketing strategies for the company.
- Demonstrate product and client knowledge that yields above mentioned goals.
- Act as the point of contact for any company sales/marketing needs.
- Other relevant tasks and duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-years of experience in business-to-business sales.
- At least 1-year experience in sales management
- At least 1-year of experience in selling payroll, remote HR, or comparable services.
- Experience in setting up a sales group for an organization is highly preferred
- Strong familiarity with HR/payroll processes and terminology.
- Some healthcare experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Able to work on-site in Sacramento, CA is preferred
