Job description

Salary:

We are looking for a passionate and talented client service associate to join our dynamic team and make a tangible difference in the success of our clients. The client service associate is responsible for creating client deliverables and working with consultants to create an overall excellent client experience.


The position is full-time non-exempt, with the activities varying based upon client needs and meeting schedules. Some work may be completed remotely, but regular attendance for onsite team purposes and meetings is required.


You will:

  • Prepare detailed reports and compelling presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations
  • Client communication and inquiries, as needed
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
  • Complete special projects related to internal strategies and procedures


We are seeking candidates with:

  • An Associates Degree or higher (required)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience at a professional services firm (preferred)
  • Proficiency with computers including MS Office (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
  • The ability to perform work at a steady and consistent pace with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to speak and write with great specificity and knowledgeable detail in areas of responsibility
