Position Overview

A well-established financial services organization is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support a fast-paced Wealth Management and Private Equity team. This role blends administrative support with client-facing responsibilities and offers strong training, professional development, and long-term growth opportunities.


The Client Service Associate works closely with wealth managers, assists with client service needs, and helps ensure smooth daily office operations. While this role may be based near the front of the office, it is not a receptionist position and involves meaningful operational and client support work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and client service support to wealth management professionals
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
  • Prepare, review, and process documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Manage emails, scheduling, and internal coordination for assigned teams
  • Support data entry, reporting, and document management using financial systems
  • Assist with ongoing client service requests and follow-up activities
  • Learn and utilize financial software platforms; training provided
