Client Service Associate
Location: Grapevine, TX
Full-Time | In-Office
Position Overview
LifeBranch Wealth Partners is a Private Wealth Advisory Practice with Ameriprise Financial, seeking a Client Service Associate to support a collaborative wealth management team by assisting with client meeting preparation, follow-up, and ongoing client service needs. This role plays an important part in ensuring a seamless client experience by helping advisors and team members stay organized and prepared for client interactions.
This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career within the financial services industry. The role offers the opportunity to grow within the firm and develop additional responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare materials and documentation for upcoming client meetings
  • Coordinate follow-up tasks and action items after client meetings
  • Maintain accurate client records and update information in the CRM system
  • Assist with data gathering and documentation needed for client planning conversations
  • Support advisors and team members with operational and administrative tasks
  • Communicate with clients regarding follow-up items and service requests
  • Assist with managing meeting workflows, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Contribute to a team-based environment supporting multiple advisors and client relationships

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in client service, financial services, banking, insurance, real estate, or a related professional services industry preferred
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort speaking with clients by phone
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience and demonstrated expertise in wealth management operations, with a range of $47,000 - $65,000 annually - exempt.
