Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and motivated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a key role in designing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and providing ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to address skill deficits and challenging behaviors.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including families, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
• Stay current on best practices, research findings, and relevant regulations in the field of ABA therapy.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in ABA
• Current and valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) certificate and license (LBA).
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (you will NOT transport clients)
