Hard Truth Hills is looking to hire a Food Runner.

As a Food Runner at Hard Truth, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth flow of food from the kitchen to the guests' tables. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service that our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Delivery:

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate table in a timely and organized manner.

  • Ensure that each dish is presented correctly and matches the order.

• Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to coordinate food delivery.

  • Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen and servers as needed.

• Guest Interaction:

  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about the dishes or offering assistance when required.

  • Be attentive to guest needs and address any issues promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.

• Table Maintenance:

  • Assist in clearing empty plates and glassware from tables as guests finish their meals.

  • Ensure tables are clean and properly set for new guests.

• Supportive Role:

  • Assist in various tasks, such as refilling water glasses, providing condiments, or helping servers as needed.

  • Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures, including sanitation and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Food Runner or similar role in a restaurant setting is a plus but not required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Must be 16+ years of age.
