The Entertainment Community Fund (formerly The Actors Fund), a nationwide human services organization that helps all professionals in performing arts and entertainment, seeks an Advancement Systems Administrator to manage all Advancement Department data systems, including donor. ticketing and marketing databases and associated online portals and provide staff training as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Advancement Systems Administrator will maintain General Ledger/and Raiser's Edge NXT integration, and assist with any reconciliation. She/he/they will run routine queries, generate ad hoc lists, and fulfill data requests as needed. The Administrator will generate both internal and external lists and exports for all events, direct-response mailings and email appeals, annual reports, newsletters and other requested information and create custom reports as needed.

The Administrator will maintain all aspects of donor financial record keeping and relationship data entry, including code logic, site-specific data, timely recording of gifts, and implementation of procedures to maintain and enforce accuracy and integrity. The position will ensure all appeals, acquisitions and e-appeals are accurately coded, tracked and analyzed. They/he/she will maintain rules and procedures documentation for all three databases and sync all databases to ensure data is up to date in all systems.

The position will create online forms on Luminate Online using HTML and CSS and track form revenue based on campaigns.

The Administrator will evaluate and oversee integration of new tools and systems; evaluate and oversee integration and maintenance of AudienceView, Luminate and Raiser's Edge; and maintain routine data screenings, appends, and overlays. She/he/they will work with vendors during migrations and implementation of new software and establish and enforce policies and procedures.

The position will cross train Advancement Systems staff and train other Advancement Systems. The Administrator will collaborate with outside consultants and empower all users to utilize all database systems. Other responsibilities include providing backup data entry and acknowledgement processing.

The Administrator will demonstrate competencies in data architecture, knowledge of latest software features and products, project management and staff supervision.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of four to five years' experience in database management position of a comparable mid to large-sized non-profit organization


PREFERRED QUALITIES
  • Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT, Luminate Online, Omatic, Crystal Reports , Tableau and AudienceView.
  • Experience managing API integrations.
  • Competency with HTML, CSS and Excel
  • Recent or imminent bCRE Certification

This is a full-time salaried position based in the Entertainment Community Fund's National Headquarters Office in Times Square, New York City.
