Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. This office is located in Gaithersburg, MD.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Cold calling new clients
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required**
- Licensed Insurance Agent (or willing to obtain license within the first 60 days)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Insurance License preferred
