Job description
This is a full-time permanent position and allow candidate learn and develop on this role.
This job is to maintain normal business operation and execute different work tasks implemented by management. Tasks ranged from different areas, including marketing, inventory management and related office duties. The role will keep developing as the business grows up. Job duties are flexible to change depending on the workloads of each department.
Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1-year experience working in the office, 2+ years preferred
Key skills to be considered
Good English verbal and writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to handle multi-tasks
Strong computer literacy, a basic understanding of the Microsoft Suit is required, and skill on using Google Suit is preferred
Detail-oriented, attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily operation: processing PO from customers, creating shipping labels, processing RMA, answering phone calls and emails
Data entry per the accounting need, such as sales invoices and profit sheets
Work on custom duties drawback, including answering questions from the board members or audit members
Assist management to filed and organizing documents
Coordinate with the marketing department to improve the website, manage ads, and execute marketing tasks
