Our center seeks a friendly, highly organized, self-motivated Administrative Assistant to add to our Administrative Team. This individual must:

• Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have previous Administrative/Reception experience.
• Pay close attention to detail.
• Be open to direction and constructive criticism.

The Administrative Assistant's responsibilities include:

• Welcome and greet parents and students.
• Answer incoming calls and take detailed messages.
• Make outgoing calls
• Maintain the organization and filing system of the front desk.
• Assist with the enrollment process for new students.
• Maintain children's files
• Sending and receiving faxes
• General data entry
• Being bilingual is a plus!

Required Skills:

• Childcare experience ( Required)
• Management experience (Preferred)
• CRM experience (Required)
• Strong customer service

• Intermediate MS Office (Word and Excel)
