Job Summary:

Overachievers wanted! We are looking for go-getters with a high sense of urgency, compassionate, and personable. The marketer/ liaison promotes our services and generates referrals in order to bring in new business to the agency. This role perform assessments, and coordinates the start of care services between the agency, prospect and referral sources.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have industry contacts since acquiring referrals and signing up clients from those referrals are major components of the job. Our ideal liaison/marketer is a self-starter, highly motivated with a high sense of urgency, results-driven, organized, requires minimal supervision, and enjoys being in the field since 80% of your time will be visiting referral sources and doing assessments and consultations.

Marketer Job Duties:

Establish, generate and grow referrals from the community and organizations (nursing homes, hospitals, facilities, care managers, social services, associations, long term care, ALFs, etc)
Perform all related sales activities
Secure contracts for staffing and services
Attends any work related meetings, consultations, inservices and events
Update activity, sales funnel and efforts with agency and CRM

Required Skills/Education

2+ years of marketing and sales experience in home care, home health, hospice, assisted living, hospital or related organizations
An established and working network of home care referral sources
Strong ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers, clients, co-workers, and all supervisors
Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be a licensed driver.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
History of over-exceeding quota and self-starter who is able to take Initiative
Active industry contacts and referral sources
Comfortable in learning new computer software
