Responsibilities:

Budgeting and Expense Analysis

• Supervise future finance and contract team members.
• Create annual planning/budgeting tools and support the process by partnering with practice/business line leads.
• Review and monitor budget progress and changes.
• Monitor grant budgets, manage updates and drawdowns, and refine and update grant and contract pricing tables.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Prepare quarterly financial reports, quarterly business reviews, and the Board.
• Optimize financial modeling, reporting, and analysis to provide leadership with access to data and information that helps them make timely decisions.
• Provide strategic financial input for financial modeling and planning and budgeting.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis.

Required Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a+
• Must have non-profit accounting background
• Self-directed, positive, collaborative and results oriented
